Why can I browse the catalogue but not play any films?

This trial has now concluded and no titles are currently playable on this service.

How can I watch a film in a different language?

This service included a wide range of audio and subtitle languages which you could choose from the three-dots menu in the bottom right of the player. Languages varied by title and were updated as new ones are made available by studios.

Why can’t I see which films I’ve already watched, or started?

As this service was available to anyone on the Yugo network without sign-in no information about individual users was stored on the system, this included what films you had watched in full, or started then paused and left.

Can I use this service directly on my smart TV?

No, while some smart TVs can open websites and browse to the catalogue smart TVs are not supported for streaming movies directly but could be connected to your device via an HDMI lead.

Why has my session timed out?

If the browser you were using to stream your film was minimized / left open in the background or the movie was paused for too long the security in place would end your session. Refreshing the page would create a new session and you would have been able to start streaming your film again.

What device can I use for this service?

Access to the service and playback of films was supported on personal devices including most modern phones, tablets and computers. You could output to a monitor, TV or projector via HDMI cable for a more immersive experience.

Can I cast or mirror the movies to my TV?

No, for security reasons casting or mirroring were not supported. To watch on a larger screen you could connect via HDMI cable.
